Group classes are 1 hour each on a drop-in basis with trainer approval.
- All group classes are held in and around the North Hollywood training facility, unless otherwise stated. Do not leave valuables or visible belongings in your car.
- Please arrive and sign in no more 15 minutes before group classes and no later than five minutes after class begins. If you arrive late to a group class, please don't disrupt the class or interrupt the trainer with questions until after class.
- No harnesses, retractable leashes, or gentle leaders at group classes. Specific training equipment, like ecollars, allowed if trainer-approved.
- No electronic recording devices, including cell phones, cameras, tablets, camcorders, etc. may be used by anyone during group classes.
- Cell phones must be turned off or silenced.
- Do not bring children, guests, or other dogs to group classes.
Rainy day policy for group classes NOT held at the indoor facility: If it’s raining the day of an outdoor class, the class will be canceled. When possible, classes will be held inside the facility.
Schedule changes: We reserve the right to change our group class schedule as necessary. We make every attempt to notify clients of group class schedule changes via in-class announcements, your trainer, and social media. If in doubt, contact your trainer directly.
Dogs in heat are not allowed in the facility or in group classes for a minimum of 21 days. No exceptions.
Group classes are for dogs who have completed one of our training programs, know our training method, and have been approved by their trainer.
